Distinctive Homes of Indiana wants to build the house of your dreams and in the location of your dreams. Whether its on one of our lots in one of our neighborhoods or on a lot of your own. When purchasing a lot there are many things to consider. Some lots are easier to build on than others and some may have some hidden cost.
- The land. How is the soil? Is it a flat lot, daylight lot, or walkout lot?
- The utilities. Does it need a well and sewer? Are they utilities outdated?
- The easement. Are there any flood planes?
- The covenants. Are there any covenants in the subdivision, size restrictions, exterior requirements, product requirements?
